HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Serving as liaison between business owner and stakeholders and the development team.
- Conducting reviews of project documents including requirements, design and interface prototypes, user guides, and electronic training modules.
- Drafting and maintaining system development lifecycle documents including feature statements, system and user requirements, and use cases.
- Facilitating requirements gathering meetings and working with system stakeholders to define and document user requirements.
- Preparing memoranda, articles, content for the internal application team, and other correspondence related to the application knowledge base.
- Troubleshooting complex problems and providing customer support for process specific hardware and application issues.
- Preparing reports on analyses, findings, and project progress.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Education: BS/BA or Equivalent experience
- Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
- Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
- Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
- Preferred Skills: CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8570 Compliance)
- Location: On Customer Site, Washington, District of Columbia
