The Opportunity:
  • Provide graphic design, facilitation, and professional services support to the NAVSEA 04XT Industrial Communities of Practice (ICOP) Program Manager (PM) and ensure seamless customer support operations.
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of NAVSEA 04XT business and strategic plans, processes, policies, communications, and performance metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; manage communication and information flows efficiently.
  • Serve as a liaison between the PM and other NAVSEA departments. Maintain positive and professional relationships.
  • Work site will fluctuate between home site, customer site, and CACI office. Must be within commuting distance to the CACI Washington, DC office locations.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination for the PM.
  • Plan, prepare, facilitate, lead, and support meetings, presentations, briefings, strategic planning sessions, working groups, off-site events, etc. in support of the PM's work scope. This includes after meeting reports and pre- and post-meeting support/coordination.
  • Leverage graphic design expertise to develop tailored presentations and integrate content into professional NAVSEA 04XT briefings.
  • Curate and edit correspondence, briefings, reports, presentations, and other written communications.
  • Facilitate logistics for meetings, events, and offsite engagements. Ensure all applicable requirements are met.
  • Track and drive accountability on actions developed during meetings / off-sites.
  • Responsible for files management, maintenance, auditing, and archiving.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and security protocols.
  • Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of applicable work experience. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 7 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience planning, facilitating, leading, and supporting meetings .
  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating professional graphic-based presentations using Photo Shop and Canva.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and proven experience managing complex schedules and tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Proven performance as a professional and productive individual contributor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.


Desired:
  • Experience supporting senior-level leadership in a military or defense environment.
  • Professional facilitation training and/or certificate.
  • Expert-level user of Canva or other graphic design software.
  • Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$60,100 - $123,300
