Computer World Services Corp (CWS) is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Communication Specialist to manage and optimize communication strategies for network and system changes, ensuring seamless user experiences and effective stakeholder engagement. This role involves analyzing technical changes, designing communication plans, and coordinating messaging for system modifications, availability, and transitions.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
Experience:
• 5-7 years of professional experience in IT communications, change management, or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and business applications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating engaging communication materials such as FAQs, presentations, and announcements.
• Experience with change management processes and tools.
Additional Qualifications:
• Proven ability to coordinate communication efforts across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, email tools) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• ITIL or similar certifications are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple communication streams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

This role involves analyzing technical changes, designing communication plans, and coordinating messaging for system modifications, availability, and transitions.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Analyze Network and System Changes:
- Assess the scope and impact of network and system modifications.
- Recommend appropriate communication strategies to inform users about changes and their implications.
Design and Optimize Communications:
- Develop clear and concise messaging related to IT system availability, updates, and configuration changes.
- Tailor communication materials to meet the needs of diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Plan Communications for IT Operations:
- Create and execute communication plans for installations, transitions, and cutovers of network components and business capabilities.
- Anticipate user needs and proactively address potential concerns.
Coordinate with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with project leadership, technical teams, and other stakeholders to align communication strategies with project goals.
- Act as the primary communication liaison to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
