Foreign Partner Specialist, Senior

As a highly experienced and motivated senior Foreign Partner Spe cia list, you will play a critical role in coordinating and enhancing relationships with USINDOPACOM allies and strategic partners in the USINDOPACOM region. This position requires a deep understanding of international relations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex geopolitical landscapes.
As a Foreign Partner Spe cia list, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with USINDOPACOM allies and strategic partners. You will coordinate and facilitate joint initiatives and programs that strengthen multinational cooperation. Serving as a liaison between USINDOPACOM and foreign partners, you will ensure effective communication and collaboration for senior leadership. Further, you will analyze and assess the political, economic, and security environments in the USINDOPACOM region to inform strategic decision-making. You will provide expert advice and recommendations on enhancing partnerships and alliances. Additionally, you will organize and participate in high-level meetings, conferences, and events with foreign partners, and as a result, prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership. Finally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in international relations or defense
- Experience working with multinational and foreign partners, including in the USINDOPACOM region
- Experience using analytical tools and sof tware
- Knowledge of the geopolitical dynamics and security challenges in the USINDOPACOM region
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or Political Science
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in a senior advisory role within a government or international organization
- Knowledge of one or more languages spoken in the USINDOPACOM region
- Possession of excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree
- International Relations of Diplomacy Certification
