Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering including, technical requirement analysis, solution alternatives, and implementation approaches of DoD systems
- 5+ years of experience with systems engineering on large-scale ground, software, or hardware systems
- 3+ years of experience with using a Model-Based Systems Engineering or Digital Engineering approach to manage system definition and technical baseline
- Experience with requirements development or verification
- Experience with leading an integrated product team, including a variety of technical and non-technical teammates
- Experience with overseeing the development of technical documentation, including technical drawings, schematics, and written technical documentation or specifications
- Knowledge of the operational, integration, and acquisition challenges within the ICBM enterprise, including aerospace vehicle or ground support
- Ability to present complex concepts to vast audiences through various written and verbal formats including white papers, technical briefings, and trade-off analyses
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools, such as MagicDraw, Cameo, or SysML
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment
- Ability to learn and solve problems quickly and creatively
- Ability to demonstrate a dynamic work ethic and be highly motivated to contribute to the DoD mission
- Possession of excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Systems Engineering or related technology field
- INCOSE Systems Engineering ASEP, CSEP, ESEP, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
