Powder River is seeking a Cloud Migration Engineer. The Cloud Migration Engineer plays a critical role in helping the client transition systems & applications from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-based platforms.

Requirements
- Systems Integration: Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related to technology strategy, architecture, and service management, including cybersecurity systems integration.
- Cybersecurity Best Practices: Have a fundamental understanding of cybersecurity best practices and take ownership of tasks and project workstreams related to cybersecurity.
- Client Issue Analysis: Perform analysis and diagnose client issues related to IT and cybersecurity.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cybersecurity systems, data analytics, and system administration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and IT (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
- RHEL / Windows experience
- STIG implementation
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Experience working in a DoD IT environment
- ServiceNow experience preferred
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Active Secret clearance
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- Position requires 8570 IAT II certification (e.g. Security+)
