About FLETC - Artesia:
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is a premier training facility supporting 88+ participating federal agencies and bureaus by providing critical instructional law enforcement training programs and operational support services. The facility includes on-site housing for 1,800+ students and is located in Artesia, New Mexico.
This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.
The Training Quality Analyst (TQA) will ensure contract compliance by developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control measures across various support functions, including firearms training support, vehicle maintenance, student scheduling, and inventory management. The TQA will conduct regular inspections, audits, and process evaluations to ensure that all contract requirements are met in support of federal law enforcement training operations.
This role is ideal for veterans, former law enforcement officers, or experienced professionals in government training, logistics, and quality assurance.
Payrate: $51,277 to $61,829 Annually

- Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure all contract performance requirements are met.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality control inspections across training operations, vehicle fleet services, and logistical support functions.
- Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of non-compliance issues.
- Provide monthly Quality Control Reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) detailing inspection results, corrective measures, and outstanding concerns.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Safety Officers, and Training Supervisors to enhance operational effectiveness and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FLETC, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and federal government contract requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, assessments, and corrective action reports for contract compliance verification.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance training operations and facility support services.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, including OSHA, EPA, and federal training regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- One (1) year of experience in quality control, compliance auditing, or operational oversight in law enforcement, military training, government contracting, or facility support services.
- Knowledge of QC principles, formal quality control systems, and regulatory compliance related to:
- Firearms and Range Operations
- Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance
- Law Enforcement Training Support
- Student Scheduling and Logistics
- Ability to develop and enforce quality assurance policies in high-risk operational environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) for report generation and data tracking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with federal government representatives, contract stakeholders, and training personnel.
- Must be physically able to conduct inspections across training sites, vehicle yards, and operational facilities.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (DHS background check required).
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications or Skills:
- Prior Military (E5+ or equivalent) or Law Enforcement Experience with training, logistics, or quality control responsibilities.
- Familiarity with FLETC operations, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) policies, and government contract performance requirements.
- Certifications in ISO 9001 Quality Management, Six Sigma, or Lean Process Improvement.
- Knowledge of electronic quality management systems (QMS), performance tracking software, and government auditing practices.
- Previous experience with government contract compliance and regulatory standards.
