RiverTech, an Akima company, is looking to hire an Inventory Management Supervisor to supervise inventory personnel who compile records of amount, kind, and value of merchandise, material, or stock on hand. Confirms employee computations against physical count of inventory and adjusts errors in computation or count. Investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies and makes recommendations to improve errors. Develops work schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Leads and directs the work of other employees.

Responsibilities
- Assists Accountable Property Officer (APO) in the planning and execution of physical inventories.
- Manages assigned inventories in the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
- Assists Stock Control Manager to receive, process, and warehouse incoming property; this includes assist with bench stock request for issue and turn in property and completing a DD Form 1150.
- Prepares property for disposal/disposition; maintain property disposal requests to include tracking records/documents of all disposal actions.
- Delivers property to disposal site(s) as appropriate using Government furnished vehicle.
- Conducts physical inventories as directed by the Accountable Property Officer. Upon discovery or notification, the contractor shall assist all government and contractor employees with guidance on completing the DD Form 200 for missing, lost, or damaged items.
- Monitors ServiceNow daily and respond/act on requests within one (1) business day.
- Conducts spot inventories as required to ensure accountability of transient assets.
- The Contractor residing at CDSE, shall support the CDSE Property Custodian Lead at meetings, briefings, conferences, and other events pertaining to inventory management and property disposal.
- Other activities as directed by the Task Manager within the scope of this contract
Qualifications
- Must hold DoD Secret clearance
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory management
- Current and valid driver's license
