Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Field Operations Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to assist the Field Operations Manager and support the Field Operations Department in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is critical in managing key functions that require coordination across multiple departments, including training, engineering, and logistics. The Field Support Manager will help facilitate operations from the office, ensuring that field teams have the necessary resources, training, and materials to succeed. Additionally, this role will require hands-on support in the field as needed, including travel overseas to assist with project execution, surveys, or surge support. By streamlining processes and improving communication between departments, this role will directly contribute to the successful and timely completion of projects. This position supports a U.S. government contract, requiring a minimum Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work in secure government facilities, adhering to strict security and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Safety Coordination

Salary Range:
$117,000.00 - $210,600.00

- Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Safety, Project Management, and Field Operations on all safety-related matters.
- Ensure all field teams comply with safety requirements and have the necessary resources to maintain compliance.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards and address gaps proactively.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand and implement survey requirements.
- Support surveys as a licensed electrician, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Guide other electricians supporting surveys to ensure they are meeting requirements and performing effectively.
- Update and maintain the Field Ops survey checklist to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Serve as the liaison between field operations, logistics, and engineering to manage project tools and consumables.
- Ensure field teams are equipped with the required tools and materials for their tasks.
- Collaborate with the training department to coordinate schedules for field personnel training.
- Assist with organizing and tracking training programs to ensure compliance with program requirements.
- Provide operational support to streamline training-related activities and ensure field personnel receive necessary certifications and technical training.
- Be available to deploy to the field and provide hands-on support as needed during peak workloads, emergencies, or personnel shortages.
- Provide on-site assistance with project execution, troubleshooting, or team coordination.
- Must be willing to travel overseas as needed to support field operations.
- Proven experience in field operations, safety management, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage schedules and logistics across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between various departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, tools, and equipment used in field operations.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed for field support.
- Minimum Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism while working in secure government facilities.
- Licensed electrician or equivalent technical field experience.
- Experience in training coordination and scheduling.
- Background in engineering, logistics, or project management.
