HOW A SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN III WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and/or outside customers.
• Creates, deletes and modify customer accounts.
• Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
• Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multi-task and possess good communication and customer service skills.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Data Entry
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
• Preferred Skills: Ticketing System, Active Directory, Customer Service
• Location: On Site
• Certification: Security+, A+ or Net+
• Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
