Responsibilities:
• Oversee engineering activities related to the organization's information systems.
• Plan, design, develop, evaluate, test, and integrate the systems infrastructure.
• Implement and design hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Capture, understand, translate, and document customer requirements.
• Define system and product requirements, generating specifications for mechanical, electrical, and software performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to facilitate efficient planning and execution.
• Manage and document system configurations, overseeing all transitions into production.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues, ensuring successful project implementation.
• Provide post-project end-user support to enhance user experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or a related field
• 10+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Proven experience in defining and generating performance and reliability specifications.
• Exceptional skills in technical documentation and project management.
• Proficient in managing system configurations and transitions into production.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing top-notch end-user support.
