We have an opening for a Senior Program Manager in the Washington Navy Yard to support a Navy program.

Responsibilities:
• Compile and review Monthly Performance Reports from all employees.
• Review time/attendance with all direct reports and adjudicate all anomalies.
• Review and process all subcontract invoices prior to submission to the government client.
• Process all employee travel authorizations and expense reports.
• Assist HR with onboarding of new employees.
• Process all subcontractor task order modifications for Contract approval.
• Assist employees with Visit Access Request (VAR) processing.
• Track contract requirements and expenditures and identify all current requirements as well as projected costs for anticipated efforts.
• Attend status meetings to discuss all issues with all PMS 340 PSS contracts.
Requirements:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 10+ years of qualifying experience
• Experience supporting Naval Special Warfare (NSW) and/or Special Operations Forces (SOF) in resourcing, acquisitions, or contract management related positions.
• Experience at financial analyses and the budget and program process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products/ services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice To Have:
• Master’s degree in a related discipline
• 15+ years of qualifying experience
• PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM
