Provide System Administrator Support that shall perform standard system administration, including installation, configuration, operation, management, troubleshooting, repairing, upgrading, inspecting and maintaining server systems including administration of all core and functional service/system for JADOCS or equivalent systems.
Installing, configuring, maintaining, software and affiliated systems
Support in providing software and firmware maintenance
Support in analyzing and resolving problems associated with hardware, operating system, and application software
Maintaining workstation / server operating system software such as: Windows and UNIX Detecting, analyzing, and resolving problems associated with hardware, operating systems, and applications software
Documenting System Administration procedures, instructions, changes and upgrades Provide technical assistance of all assigned projects
Support monitoring and analysis tools
Managing user accounts for workstation / server access; work with the Information Assurance Manager (IAM) and Information Assurance Office (IAO) to ensure that proper paperwork is on-hand for the accounts
Performing workstation/server configuration management and documentation Monitoring workstations/server logs for errors and failures and perform appropriate troubleshooting and maintenance
DoDM 8140 IAT Level 2 certification or higher
Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) or equivalent certification
2+ years performing administrative maintenance on JADOCS servers operating at an AOC, SPO, or AFCENT reviewed and CO approved equivalent organization
Must have an active Secret clearance or above
