Job Description
In response to Government solicitations, the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector pursues as bids, the Proposal Specialist is responsible for the management of activities with the development of quick-turn and Task Order (TO) proposals typically valued at greater than $18M.

Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

In response to Government solicitations, the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector pursues as bids, the Proposal Specialist is responsible for the management of activities with the development of quick-turn and Task Order (TO) proposals typically valued at greater than $18M.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Works independently to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and proposal templates; and provides direction to cross-functional teams assigned to work proposal efforts.
- Ensures that the proposal response is compliant, compelling, and completed on schedule while working with Capture Manager or Ops Lead to ensure the strategies, solutions, strengths, and discriminators are presented in the proposal response.
- Ensures that proposals are completed and delivered to the Government within the prescribed times.
- Analyzes RFP requirements and develops or verifies RFP/proposal compliance matrix and develops format guidance and templates for proposals.
- Performs desktop publishing tasks such as reformatting proposal documents to ensure proper proposal styles, fonts, and graphics are being used.
- Coordinates final production to RFP specifications and assists in administration and operation of web-based collaborative tools for proposal development.
- Responsible for organizing proposal team activities such as arrival of team members, daily status calls, color review teams, and catering.
- Develops all proposal development materials, including but not limited to proposal outline, compliance matrix, proposal summary sheet, proposal templates, proposal kick-off meeting materials, and color review inbriefs and debriefs.
- Reviews proposal sections developed by members of proposal teams providing guidance, recommendations, and editing sections as appropriate.
- Reviews and analyzes solicitation and related documents ensuring final proposal product is compliant and delivered on schedule.
- Builds a repository for operations of reusable, boilerplate artifacts, and templates. This will also help with growth and development within the Proposal Resource Organization (PRO).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum six years proposal coordination experience
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced Adobe Acrobat skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- SharePoint/LifeCycleOne Administration knowledge
- Active security clearance
