Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems, is seeking an entry level Contracts Administrator I with at least 5+ years of general business management experience to work out of Dayton, OH. This position will support the Sr. Contracts Manager of Epsilon C5I's Intelligence Services sector. Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of the contract management life-cycle for a variety of Government contracts to include Firm-Fixed Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Time and Material, and Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity contracts. Administers contracts and subcontracts using established procedures in order to develop, preserve and fulfill the Company's contractual rights and obligations, assists in contract negotiation, supports audits and provides other contract related services as needed. Negotiates Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements. Provides contractual surge support to other divisions and operating groups as requested.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and oral communication skills; strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail; strong customer relations and team participation skills; and should be pro-active and decisive. This position reports to the Contracts Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Support purchase order efforts and credit card purchases, to include reconciliation, as required.
- Negotiates non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and terms and conditions.
- Originates company correspondence of contractual significance.
- Monitors company performance on routine contractual obligations.
- Provides support to the preparation and submission of proposals to include preparation of contract volumes, subcontractor RFPs, and subcontractor price analysis.
- Negotiates terms and conditions.
- Creates and administers subcontract agreements.
- Inputs required data into the Contracts Database.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least five (5) years' experience in Business Administration.
- Must have the ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a DoD Clearance.
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
- Working knowledge of how to identify risks to a business.
- Must have advanced ability to develop risk and/or price narratives using Microsoft Word.
- Ability to learn how to utilize Economic Research Institute, Western Management Group and other salary compensation surveys to arrive at accurate salary information for proposal efforts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Results oriented; working collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
