• Plans, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for aircraft modification in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
• F-16 Production line structures and assembly. Installing fasteners, drilling bulkheads, skins, and building up fuselage components.
• Heavy Precision drilling, countersinking, and reaming precision holes.
• Must be actively drilling precision holes on aircraft.
• Minimum Bench work - candidates need to understand this is hands on production work, climbing on fuselage parts, stands, kneeling, and on ladders/stands.
• 6-8 years minimum aviation production drilling/structures work make sure resume clearly identifies the experience and years.
• Drilling experience is required, bench mechs need to have other experience to support our work.
