C2 Battle Management Mission Lead

As a Command and Control (C2) Battle Management Mission Lead, you'll bring your expertise with leading and operating C2 systems at Brigade or Division level to work alongside thought leaders in cyber, digital engineering, AI, or ML on projects for Joint All Domain Command and Control ( JADC2 ) and Army C2 systems. You'll use your skills and expertise to research, design, analyze, and inform future C2 systems concepts for modern, scalable, and resilient C2 systems for use in Multi-Domain Operations and Division-level mission command.

Work with us to e nga ge defense clients, suppliers, and thought leaders on complex systems evaluation and analysis to inform prioritized system definition for rapid prototyping and development to address emerging threats and accelerate innovative te chn ologies, including AI, ML, data analytics, and human machine interfaces, to soldiers at scale.

You Have:

• Experience designing, configuring, and managing C2 systems at the Brigade or Division level
• Knowledge of Army doctrine, tactics, te chn iques, and procedures for mission command, C2, or warfighting function integration
• Knowledge of operations research and team or process improvement
• Ability to define user needs, user stories, requirements, and required abilities to inform user interface design, data engineering, and mission performance optimization
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience using multiple C2 te chn ologies, including TAK or ATAK, Sitaware, or collaboration tools such as Micro sof t Teams
• Experience operating or providing C2 systems within maneuver platforms, including ground or air
• Knowledge of emerging te chn ologies for human machine interfaces, including virtual and augmented reality, mobile devices, or small form-factor devices
• Ability to map specific user feedback, policy , doctrine, and procedures to user stories and user needs using digital tools to ensure t race ability between priority requirements and te chn ical integration
• Bachelor's degree in Te chn ology, Engineering, Strategic Studies, or Operations Research preferred ; Master's degree in Te chn ology, Engineering, Strategic Studies, or Operations Research a plus
• Cybersecurity Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
