Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking aSecret cleared Budget Analyst to support a mission forward program with the SSC/SN one day a week onsite in El Segundo, CA. The duties include but are not limited to develop, train, brief, integrate, correlate, and analyze various phases of PPE within our client's DoD portfolio.

Responsibilities for Budget Analyst:
- Assist in the development of POM, Budget Exhibit Preparation, Briefings, Analysis Reporting, and PMRs, POM, and PPBE.
- Able to support the development, procurement, data collection, usage, modification/enhancement, implementation, integration, testing, documentation, reports and applications to support the execution and management.
- Able to review program documents for consistency with applicable military, federal, state, local, contractual, commercial, or international statutes, regulations, policies, publications, directives, instructions, executive orders, codes, requirements or standards and report findings to the Government.
- Support program leadership; Perform acquisition financial execution and funds management.
Qualifications for Budget Analyst:
- Master's degree in a related field. No master's degree requires an additional 4 years or more of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- 10 years or more directly applicable experience in DoD Financial Management.
- Experience supporting Space programs SSC or AFSPC
- Versed in MS Office
Compensation for Budget Analyst
- Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000 (based on years of experience and education)
