Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking Network Analysts to join our team in Quantico, VA!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer networks to ensure reliable and secure connectivity for users and devices. You will utilize your expertise in network technologies, protocols, and security practices to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan and evaluate complex existing network systems and make recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels.
  • Provide highly skilled technical assistance in network planning, engineering, and architecture.
  • Develop technical standards and interface applications.
  • Identify and evaluate new products, as well as provide resolution for network problems. May interface with vendors to identify and purchase hardware and software.
  • Configure and maintain network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, monitoring network performance and traffic patterns.
  • Troubleshoot network issues to identify and resolve connectivity and performance problems.
  • Implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades and migrations, perform network capacity planning, and provide technical support and training to end users and other IT staff.
  • Provide expertise in network design, routing and switching, network protocols, and network management tools enables organizations to maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure that supports business operations and enables seamless communication and collaboration.


Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (US Citizen).
  • Plan and evaluate complex existing network systems and make recommendations for resources required to maintain and/or expand service levels.
  • Provide highly skilled technical assistance in network planning, engineering, and architecture.
  • Develop technical standards and interface applications .
  • I dentif y , and evaluate new products, and provide resolution for network problems. May interface with vendors to identify and purchase hardware and software.


Mid-Level: Must have a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of related experience OR HS diploma and 11 years of related experience.
  • Compensation: $107,100 - $167,325


Senior Level: Must have a Master's degree with 6 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 11 years of related experience OR HS diploma and 14 years of related experience.
  • Compensation: $129,700 - $202,675


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in scientific/forensic applications is preferred.
  • Experience supporting networks in classified environments with strict compliance to NIST standards.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS EC2, RDS, S3) and hybrid cloud solutions.
  • Working knowledge of disaster recovery planning and failover cluster management.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Posted Salary Range

USD $107,100.00 - USD $202,675.00 /Yr.
