Description:
Seeking a Full Stack Software Developer in support of the Government program for NETC. The ideal candidate will require experience in software design, development, configuration management, product development lifecycle, product backlog development, and refinement. The candidate will also possess a strong background in cloud technologies, migration strategies, and systems integration. The candidate will work closely with the team and stakeholders to design and implement integration and test solutions, and should be comfortable leading a team with the technical decision making process. The successful candidate will be experienced and excited to work in an Agile environment and will have experience working in a cloud environment.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years or more experience
• 1-3 plus years of experience working with Java
• Proven background working in software integration
• Willingness to work with legacy systems and to port them over to newer technologies
• Ability to document software designs, which may include design diagrams, data flow diagrams, software module descriptions
• General Experience with systems/network architecture
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including team management
• Experience with product development lifecycle and track management principles
• At least 5 years of full stack software development (client and server side)
• Experience with data layer optimization and transformation
• Familiarity with JIRA for requirements tracking and use case development
• Experience with AWS for CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with DevOps / DevSecOps
• Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field of study preferred
• CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
• Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) certification preferred
• Familiarity with Serena for requirements management preferred
