ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented Trainer and Maintainer to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
*Important Note* : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their VisaOnce an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract . If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
- Develops course curriculum, develop training modules and instructional materials for technical training programs.
- Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness. Assesses needs to determine training material content.
- Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of qualified instructor experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field (OR) 7+ years of qualified instructor experience and an associate degree in a related field (OR) 10+ years of qualified instructor experience.
- Must have an Instructor Course or equivalent qualification .
- Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
- Experience in providing instruction and training. Military or civilian formal certificates of training and instruction in maintenance-related field.
- Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines to include basic computer skills and document preparation.
- Ability to develop course curriculum.
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possession of a valid European or German driver's license is required (OR) the ability to obtain a valid driving license before beginning employment
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred areas of commercial or military experience may be with heavy duty trucks, tractors, ground systems, or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicles.
- Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations in support of program customers.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work in high noise areas.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
