ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst - Advanced Development to support our DoD contract out of Alexandria, VA with their Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics mission.

The Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate (IWTSD). IWTSD is the U.S. national forum that identifies, prioritizes, and coordinates interagency and international research and development (R&D) requirements for Irregular Warfare (IW). Nearly every capability that IWTSD develops has a digital component that is potentially vulnerable if not cyber hardened. The Advanced Development (AD) subgroup proactively coordinates with IWTSD subgroups to integrate cybersecurity into IWTSD projects and requirements. The AD subgroup also gathers requirements from end user organizations and sponsors the development and/or testing of innovative solutions that advance cyber defenses.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support includes scientific, engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support to the AD subgroup as it fulfills its role to support enhanced cyber hardening across IWTSD's project portfolio and develop novel technologies to improve defensive cyber operations and enhance resiliency in the cyber domain.
  • Assist the AD Program Manager to review, manage, and monitor the subgroup's
    lines of effort.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track execution and effectiveness
    of AD initiatives and projects
  • Monitor advancements in AI technologies and assess their potential impact on
    current and future programs
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations to convey analysis, findings, and
    recommendations related to all AD efforts.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of related Program Analyst experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience supporting information technology projects
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytic
    packages to track and optimize activities
  • At least 1 year of experience with project management.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with government contracts in a research and development (R&D) environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have an active Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
