ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented Shop Foreman to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems.
- Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoots issues that arise.
- Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.
- Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- 12+ years of maintenance experience in one or more of the following: light or heavy-duty trucks, ground power units, aircraft tugs, air conditioning and heater units, cargo loaders, de-icing vehicles, runway sweepers, light carts, fuel and defuel equipment.
- Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
- Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems.
- Demonstrated experience in providing formal, over the shoulder, and on the spot training to contractor and unit personnel.
- Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines to include basic computer skills and document preparation.
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
- Possession of a valid Host Nation Driver's License is required (OR) the ability to obtain a valid driver's license before beginning employment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
Desired Qualifications:
- Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS locations.
- Experience with simultaneous maintenance, modification, and repair projects on a variety of maintenance actions, tasks, or repairs.
- 3+ Years of Supervisory experience.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work in high noise areas.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
