ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Cloud Engineer that is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a hybrid cloud environment that will satisfy the client's operational mission needs. This position is located onsite in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for cloud-based platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) that will maximize the program's operations and enhance efficiency using hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, and Oracle clouds). Translate business needs into long-term cloud architecture solutions.
- Guide cloud development practices to optimize resources, govern cloud spending, and reduce inefficiency and waste in cloud migrations and operations.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and patch virtual switches, etc. in the cloud layer.
- Enable the CI/CD and DevSecOps platforms in a cloud environment.
- Enable low code/no code and infrastructure as code (IaC) platforms in a cloud environment for the program.
- Lead the design, development, and management of the underlying cloud infrastructure, such as virtual machines, storage, and networking components using hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, and Oracle clouds).
- Lead engineer to facilitate the program's development and deployment of cloud-native applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability and security.
- Ensure NIST compliant security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in the cloud environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Fifteen or more (15+) years of IT experience with twelve or more (12+) years of cloud experience.
- Two or more (2+) years' experience working in a program using Agile (SAFe, Scrum and Kanban) and DevSecOps methods.
- Possess Azure Solutions Architect certification AND possess an AWS Certified Solutions Architect certificate.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with Azure DevOps platform / tools and Azure network and security tools and services.
- Experience using AWS IaaS and platform services to include security and network services.
- Experience in automation and server-less solution architecting development.
- Strong cloud migration and data management skills with an emphasis on security.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred experience working with Oracle cloud solutions such as Apex.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a Current/Active Top Secret Security Clearance prior to start.
