Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented NavyTrial Director to join our team in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plans and conducts acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.
- Must be able to lead a team to completion of analysis and reporting of at-sea results and recommendations.
- Ensures data quality in real time and uses personal judgment to determine the best path forward as an evaluations objectives change.
- Prepares written, technical reports that identify emergent issues and works with team members to present recommendations for remediation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Engineering or Physics
- Previous Officer of the Deck (OOD) underway or equivalent experience
- Three (3) years of hands-on, demonstrated experience with navigation and/or piloting safety working with U.S. Uniformed Services ships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience with both submarine and surface ship acoustics
- Understanding of acoustic measurement systems, in-water measurement arrays, the interfacing of hardware and the development of software
- Established track record of project management of system development and integration
- Demonstrated track-record of project management and successful task completion to include coordinating U.S. Navy ship operations with a test and evaluation program agenda
Security Clearance Requirements:
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
