ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Site Manager to join our team in Key West, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the East Coast Program Manager, overseeing a team of managers.
- Manage a team of ManTech and sub-contractor support personnel supporting the Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract in daily performance.
- Coordinate with East Coast Program Manager, NITE Management Staff, Maintenance Manager, and RS Range Managers for team assignments and support requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and evaluating activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets.
- Enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, and communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.
- Support a team environment based on mutual respect and teamwork, dedicated to innovation and effective, efficient work practices.
- Support the Task Order Program Manager in providing overall excellent contract performance to the client as outlined by CPAR.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Seven or more (7+) years of DoD training range experience.
- Three or more (3+) years of professional managerial experience on DoD efforts.
- Experience managing a dispersed workforce in support of DoD training range requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) or related field.
- Familiarity with the United States Navy.
- Familiarity with synthetic training environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, email).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active/ current Secret security clearance.
