ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Research Analyst to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Studying & analyzing technological challenges related to engineering/scientific development of processes, systems, and equipment
- Designing and executing procedures for experiments, tests, and evaluations
- Utilizing mathematical and computerized modeling and other analytical techniques
- Providing results of analysis in report/presentation format to client stakeholders and decision makers
- May provide direction to junior level analysts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Management, Technical, or Scientific area
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering or Operations Analysis position
- Experience utilizing Microsoft products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Navy aircraft and weapon systems
Clearance Requirements:
- US Citizenship and an active Secret clearance is required to perform work on this contract
Physical Requirements:
- Tasking is primarily computer based.
- The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods.
