ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Software Developer to join our team! For this position the work is remote but a onetime trip to Clarksburg WV customer site is required for processing with the customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develops, creates, and modifies general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions.
- Designs or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Analyzes and designs databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Researches, designs, develops, and tests operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for medical, industrial, military, communications, aerospace, business, scientific, and general computing applications.
- Sets operational specifications and formulates and analyzes software requirements
- Designs embedded systems software.
- Applies principles and techniques of computer science, engineering.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT related field and 8+ year's experience, 10+ year's w/Associate's or 4+ year's w/Master
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; priority given to candidates with an Active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
