ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure that the project is aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management. control of workflow
- Responsible for identifying problems and developing recommendations, as well as coordinating action with the project team and customer
- Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
- Maintain our Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
- Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
- Assist other teammates with the development of training materials and user acceptance testing documents.
Basic Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- 7+ years' experience in a business analyst or related role.
- Experience in the Department of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Knowledge of financial management principles.
- Experience consulting or delivering solutions to federal clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), or Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM).
- General knowledge of federal financial management processes and requirements.
- Prior consulting experience with DoD or federal clients.
- Prior experience using Jira or ServiceNow.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have an active Interim Secret clearance.
