ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional and service-oriented Procurement Analyst II to join our vehicle sustainment team on the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever Sanitization (ACAS) program.
The Procurement Analyst II is an experienced professional specializing in procurement and purchasing activities within an organization. They manage and coordinate the Procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance. Additionally, they may also be involved in budgeting, inventory management, and implementing purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cost. The Procurement Analyst III Is a senior role with extensive experience in all aspects of the Procurement process and supervises and mentors subordinate program staff. Reports to the Procurement Manager III and provides guidance to Procurement Analyst II. This position supports Program Management activities, TOR Tasks and SubTasks as indicated in support of ACAS execution as part of the PMO Procurement capability area, and will support ACAS activities from the assigned work location of Waldmohr, Germany.
*Important Note* : Selected candidates without an ACTIVE German/E.U. Work Visa will be required to work the first 60 days in a Temporary role while obtaining their VisaOnce an E.U. Work Visa is approved, then you will be offered a Full-Time German Contract . If accepted, then you will be subjected to paying German taxes, obtaining German Healthcare, and working within the guidelines of the German labor system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- They directly work in the purchase system to identify proper and reliable sources of resources. They ensure all equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for program and logistics management, military materiel agricultural cleaning, pathogen sanitization, and inspections are available as needed to support CSR activities.
- They ensure a sustained Cyber-Supply-Chain Risk capability is maintained to support functionality, features, and accountability of awarded products and services. They mitigate identified risks, including analyzing security, integrity, resilience, quality, trustworthiness, or authenticity of products, services, or sources.
- They sustain security, authenticity, and integrity of products and services and their supply and compilation chains. Proactively supports the ACAS Safety Plan.
Required Qualifications :
- BA/BS degree (Permitted experience exchange: High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree)
- (3) years of position specific relevant experience.
- Familiarity with organizational procurement systems. Familiarity and/or experience with RIPs (Request to Initiate Purchase) documents
- Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records; PeopleSoft™ or other Financial management software experience.
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel with knowledge of PIVOT Tables.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Logistics related field
- Experienced with organizational procurement systems. Certification, training, familiarity and/or experience with ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management Systems; ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management System; and ISO 37003 Fraud Control Management Systems. Certification, training, familiarity and/or experience with modern Supply Chain Risk Management systems, such as Exiger
- Battalion/Brigade-level logistics procurement experience.
- Experience with leading or participating in a Procurement Team at a business or contract program, especially production and manufacturing.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
