Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager for our client in San Antonio, TX. The position is a hybrid remote role.
Responsibilities
Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

- Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
- Tracks and reviews deliverables
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
Required Skills and Experience
- Certified Scrum Master or experience supporting Agile project teams
- Leading Scrums and running scrum reports
- Writing User Stories and improving existing user stories
- Manage Product Backlogs - assist in grooming the backlog based on the team's capacity and priorities
- Knowledge of Agile tools like JIRA
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Products - PWA, and Project
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Resourceful and creative in solving problems and overcoming obstacles
- Must be a well-motivated team player
- Clearance Required: ability to obtain and maintain AOUSC Public Trust
