The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly skilled JINTACCS (Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems) Analyst supporting the Interoperability division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services at The Pentagon, Washington D.C and Fort Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise on JINTACCS, including tactical data links (TDL), operational messaging, and interoperability requirements.

• Support Army G-6 efforts in developing, integrating, and sustaining joint and coalition C2 systems. • Conduct technical analyses and assessments of interoperability issues and recommend solutions for seamless information exchange.

• Coordinate with Joint, Coalition, and Service-level organizations on tactical C2 system integration and modernization efforts.

• Assist in developing policy, doctrine, and technical standards for Army C2 systems in alignment with joint interoperability requirements.

• Provide technical recommendations on emerging technologies and their applicability to Army C2 systems.

• Develop reports, briefing materials, and presentations for senior Army leadership.

Qualifications:

Required:

An active Top-Secret Clearance• Education - bachelor's degree from an accredited institution• Experience - 5+ years of relevant professional experience• Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the Army

Desired:

5+ years of experience in tactical C2 systems, interoperability, or related fields.

• Experience with Link-16, JREAP, VMF, and other tactical data exchange standards.

• Familiarity with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) processes and standards.

• Knowledge of Army and Joint C2 architectures and operational requirements.

• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or III (e.g., Security+, CISSP).

• Familiarity with Army tactical networks, WIN-T, and Mission Command systems.

• Knowledge of DoD/Joint interoperability standards and testing processes.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
