The Prospective Group (TPG) is searching for a Program/Project Manager (P/PM) to work in a collaborative team environment on a contract with National Institute of Health. The candidate is responsible for a program or project objectives, including development, production, and sustainment. The P/PM supports all aspects of program/project delivery including leading and directing cross-functional teams. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to: Developing government requirements, defining performance standards, managing life-cycle activities, and ensuring intended outcomes are achieved on time and at acceptable levels.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in collaboration with the Government P/PM and the COR to:
Identify resource burdens and determine specific areas for improvement.
Develop and implement program operations, including prioritized needs based on mission; and timeframe/milestones.
Plan and facilitate work sessions at the request of the COR and Government P/PM.
Provide support for management activities, including, supply/demand analysis, and surge analysis.
Develop metrics and reporting
