RPA Process Analyst with TS/SCI Polygraph - Chantilly, VA

Work you'll do

As a Process Analyst, you'll work on a fast-paced project supporting a high priority client. You will provide comprehensive support and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of program activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop process flows, conduct testing, and work to identify automation opportunities
• Track deadlines, action items, and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives
• Provide clear and concise daily and weekly updates on the program's schedule, priorities, and commitments
• Use advanced task management tools to efficiently assign tasks, track progress, collect information, and compile data
• Prepare documents and presentations for the program, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines
• Effectively manage communication flow within the program, ensuring timely information exchange and seamless collaboration

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting government projects

Preferred:

• 2+ years of RPA Process Analyst experience
• Functional Testing experience
• Jira and/or Confluence experience
