As a defense mission analyst, you'll use your consulting, management, and strategic communication expertise as you lead a team on projects for the Department of the Navy. You'll support a senior executive leader to accomplish high priority portfolio related tasks. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes to support the senior leadership in the organization.

You'll oversee the work we do for the Department of the Navy and the solutions we deliver for the manpower, logistics, and business systems.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, managing high-priority tasking, and developing and delivering executive-level products
• Experience supporting a Senior Executive Service ( SES ) , preparing for and attending Flag and Senior Executive internal and external meetings, providing read ahead materials, and documenting and ensuring actions are assigned and completed
• Ability to coordinate across portfolios for high-priority tasks for inputs and consolidation of messaging
• Ability to proactively manage high-visibility events to ensure all meeting prep is executed, coordination of messaging across stakeholders is effective, and follow-up e nga gements with requisite actions are managed in accordance with suspense dates
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience serving as a chief of staff
• Knowledge of the Navy through direct service

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
