We have an immediate need for a highly motivated, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect to support in growing our ServiceNow Practice and delivery capabilities.

Ideal candidate will be a hands-on architect with proven track record in implementing enterprise-level solutions including custom applications. Will possess expertise in planning, designing, and delivering ServiceNow solutions leveraging platform modules and integrating advanced features.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

• Architect and implement ServiceNow platform solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR, Security Automation, CMDB.
• Develop and mentor team to support growth of ServiceNow practice.
• Develop and implement roadmaps, including developing standards and best practices for ServiceNow Implementation.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications within ServiceNow tailored to specific requirements.
• Integrate AI-driven solutions into ServiceNow modules to enhance automation, predictive analysis, and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services etc.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to define and align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and stakeholders, to deliver optimized ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ensure platform compliance with federal security and operational standards.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able and willing to obtain a security clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security, Automation Engine, and CMDB.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks.
• Experience with DevSecOps methodologies working with ServiceNow Platform.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Master Architect Certification.
• Additional Industry certifications such as PMP, Cloud etc.
