We are seeking experienced RPA UiPath Engineersto help modernize and enhance an existing enterprise system that connects healthcare providers directly with millions of US veterans seeking clinical care. Our UiPath Engineers will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects. Our UiPath Engineers will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high quality business solutions on the RPA platform based on industry best practices. Our ideal teammate would leverage their extensive experience to provide consultative guidance regarding how our clients might adopt new technologies or add new features to meet their business needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and implement automation and AI solutions using UiPath's tools and technologies.

• Work closely with business and technical subject matter experts to define automation, business rules, and exception handling strategies.

• Contribute to and author comprehensive solution design documents, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

• Identify opportunities to create reusable automation components to streamline development and enhance efficiency.

• Build custom functionalities and integrations using .NET and third-party APIs.

• Utilize AI and Generative AI technologies to enhance automation capabilities and deliver innovative solutions.

• Install UiPath software and configure required third-party components for seamless operation.

• Implement robust logging, auditing, and exception handling mechanisms to ensure solution reliability and maintainability.

• Assist business and IT teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements and address feedback.

• Explore and gain expertise in emerging technology products, including related AI and automation tools, to expand professional knowledge and capabilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in technology or software development.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath.

• Proven experience with UiPath Automation Suite or Cloud.

• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming with Microsoft .NET (VB and C#) or a similar language.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience working with APIs and databases.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Understanding and ability to work within Agile project delivery frameworks and methodologies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED:

• Experience working with Federal agencies is a plus.

• Familiarity with UiPath Action Center, AI Center, and Document Understanding.

• Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AutoPilot.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

• Understanding of Generative AI and its applications.

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

CLEARANCE:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
