IT Help Desk Project Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk team and lead IT support projects within the organization. We are looking for someone with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as in-depth technical knowledge. The Project Lead will coordinate and manage technical issues, service delivery, and support help desk operations.

Assists customers to identify and specify requested hardware and software. Coordinates activities, times, schedules, with supervisor and end-users in regard to the installation, operation, evaluation of user locations for equipment ensuring needs are addressed appropriately and timely with standards and procedures
Uses Helpdesk Call Tracking application to log all activities and update requests accurately and well detailed. Collects data from customers to aid completion of request.
Work on Special Projects as assigned
Maintain a clean and professional work environment

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels.
