Ability to communicate concisely and accurately in technical matters.

Extensive knowledge of large, complex CLS programs and their QA requirements. Broad management experience affording knowledge of contract administration, personnel administration, CLS, and business administration or specialized knowledge of customer requirements. PMP qualification, and knowledge of USMC supported weapons systems. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships. Knowledge of US Government contracting federal acquisition regulations and success in operating as project manager. Demonstrated ability to not only manage, but lead a highly talented, multi-disciplinary team. Ability to work with standard business management tools, financial systems, MS office, and Project Management Software. Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Familiarity with DoD and commercial warehousing operations, standards, and processes. Familiarity with DoD approved supply support systems to include DPAS and GCSS-Marine is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Personnel Management to include Work assignments, Counseling, Overtime assignments, Shifts, and other administrative functions.
  • Responsible for administrative matters to include Development and implementation of SOP's, ISO quality performance and document control, Time Sheet Approvals, Files management, CDRL review and submission, and Administration of certification, licensing and training documentation.

Qualifications

  • An Active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration
  • Bachelor's Degree, Graduate degree preferred; PMP or PgMP qualification.
  • 7 - 10 years overall; 5 years Program and Project Management project and program management experience related to Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) and supply chain management and/or material support and shall possess previous experience in inventory control and industrial and personnel relations, including the assignment/reassignment of personnel in conjunction with fluctuating workloads.
  • In addition, shall have six years of more experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment, preferably recent USMC experience. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with responsibility for successful concurrent execution and delivery on a portfolio of related projects. 3 years or more managing a relevant USMC/DoD weapons systems supply chain, logistics and acquisitions for DoD.
