Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Digital Escortsto support a critical intelligence cloud security program in the following locations; Reston, VA; Redmond, WA. The team is seeking end-user support specialists who are familiar with cloud environments to support an on-going classified program.
Clearance: TS/SCI
Location: Reston, VA, Redmond, WA
Schedule: Shift work - 24x7 operational environment **SWING shift available*

Responsibilities of the Digital Escort:
· Complete incoming tickets through Remedy, ServiceNow or other ticketing system
· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues utilizing customer tools
· Document all findings from tickets and incidents
· Provide end-user support to customers at the Tier 1/Tier II level
Qualifications of the Digital Escort:
• Must hold an active TS/SCI required
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related professional experience
• Experience with MS technologies and ticketing systems; Active Directory, JIRA, ServiceNow
• Openness to shift work, as 24/7 support is essential
Compensation of the Digital Escort:
· Compensation: $70,000 - $125,000+ **based on years of experience**
