CITAP Project Lead

Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education
  • Bachelor degree required

Experience Required
  • Minimum of six years of emergency management and/or homeland security experience with state, local, tribal, and/or territorial emergency management agencies.
  • Minimum of six years collaborating with stakeholders on projects requiring coordination with and concurrence of multiple parties.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, time-critical support activities simultaneously, including analysis and data collection.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating discussions, working groups, or events.


Job Objective

Act as the Continuous Improvement Technical Assistance Program (CITAP) lead in support of FEMA Continuous Improvement Division (CID) Continuous Improvement Program.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the contractor lead for all work performed on the Continuous Improvement Technical Assistance Program (CITAP)
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the team.

Education & Certification
  • Bachelor Degree

Work Location

The primary place of performance will be a combination of the Contractor's facilities, DHS/FEMA at 400 C Street SW Washington DC 20472, and disaster field locations as designated in individual call orders
