Responsibilities
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will play a critical role in supporting a range of applications and services in a mission-facing software environment.
Job Duties Include (but not limited to):
- Lead the design and architecture of platforms and services that are consumed by our partners and organization
- Effectively collaborate with enterprise architecture, reliability, support, and onboarding teams in building durable systems/applications and ensuring a low Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR)
- Collaborate with teams to architect technology solutions to meet business needs
- Design, develop, and support solutions around authentication, authorization, and access control as well as solutions focused on supporting the intelligence analytic lifecycle.
- Able to lead highly complex technical solutions from requirements to design to development to implementation and deployment.
- Can work independently and with initiative to address issues before they become problems. Identifies critical technical needs and recommends solutions.
- Hybrid position with 3 days onsite to start in Crystal City, VA.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of full stack development experience.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Redux for front-end development.
- Strong backend development experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript across the stack.
- Experience in creating, monitoring, and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines for new and current data sources using NiFi, Hadoop, Spark, HDFS, YARN
- Experience with Keycloak integration
- Familiarity with AAC and Trino desired
- Able to integrate external intelligence community (IC) data via REST APIs requiring PKI and user access control checking
- Experience with researching and testing RocketChat integration via OAuth2 using NPE certificate for automated tipping notifications
- Experience with helping and improving architecture using HAProxy, Nginx, Ansible, Terraform, Nomad, Consul, CoreDNS
- Extensive experience in Linux related software development and server administration, data processing and analysis, new application development, optimizing and stabilizing software for deployed hardware, and building and automating for multiple architectures and distributions
- Ability to build and integrate docker containers and docker compose into development, testing and continuous integration environments
- Experience in developing real-time, mission-critical software in Python, Go, Node.js, NW.js, tools and scripts for automation of builds, and RPM, deb, and MSI packages for deployment on RHEL7/8, Ubuntu, and Windows
- Ability to deploy software to hundreds of servers worldwide as well as supported the installation, configuration, migration, collection, and dissemination of operational data
- Experience with providing remote troubleshooting support to system engineers daily
- Demonstrated ability to effectively inspire and influence teams and partners in delivering technology enabled business solutions that meet business needs
- Ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-paced and focused team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a flexible and fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locations.

- Elasticsearch for data search and analytics.
- Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
Security Clearance:
- An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Candidates without this clearance will not be considered.
