Invoicing Specialist
Key Role:
Coordinate contract and subcontract invoice processes on behalf of the program. Collect finan cia l data, perform variance analysis and reconciliation, and submit contract and subcontract invoices per the program's invoicing requirements. Assemble, submit, and confirm the government's receipt and acceptance of project and program invoices. Collect subcontractor invoices, monitoring timeliness and accuracy of invoice submissions. Collaborate with the Project Control Operations ( PCO ) Lead and PCO analysts to review and approve subcontract invoices, initiate corrective action, and coordinate contract and subcontract adjustments as needed, aligning invoices with month-end finan cia l data. Support PCO analysts with compiling and analyzing key performance metrics in support of detailed Finan cia l Program Management Reviews ( PMRs ) at the end of the period of performance. Prepare and resp ond to contract and program finan cia l data calls.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis
- Experience with corporate level invoicing
- Experience gathering and reviewing data
- Experience using Micro sof t Excel
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to display initiative and be detail-oriented
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Associate's degree in Business or Accounting and 2+ years of experience in a project controller position, or 6+ years of experience in a project controller position in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with the federal government, the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , the Department of Defense ( DoD ) , or FEDSIM programs
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and critical thi nk ing skills
- Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree
