Cherokee Nation System Solutions, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable Senior Program Manager, to perform Virtual Health (VH) program management activities in support of the DHA CAE. Provide senior level consultative and administrative support for all CAE program management activities to include overall program budgeting, performance monitoring, schedule tracking and project initiation, planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Serve as the lead for successful execution of all aspects of this contract for the Government and be the principal point of contact for the COR.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Program Manager:
[$165,000 - $170,000]

Pay commensurate with experience.

Senior Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Provide advice and consultation on strategies and plans for VH program management.

• Support VH activities in the MHS by working with VMCs to identify needed contract initiation, modification or termination support.

• Maintain overall program schedule for contract planning and initiation. Execute the VH program acquisition strategy.

• Support preparation of requirements packages by verifying approved system or performance requirements are included in contract initiation documents.

• Supervise the business office functions of the VH PMO.

• Provide advice and guidance to all contractor VH project managers.

• Participate in senior level DHA VH coordination meetings and working groups to provide business and

technical advice.

• Assist in preparation of content for senior level Government reporting requirements.

• Act as the single point of contact for the COR for the execution of all aspects of contractor support under this contract.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Senior Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• at least fifteen (15) years of demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of Government projects

• Five (5) years of experience managing government contracts at the Program level

• Experience in the determination of appropriate products or services, coordination between Engineering and Management, integration of project activities within the current day to day workflow, program budget management, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) planning and the DOD acquisition process.

• a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable certification from the Defense Acquisition University.

• Must pass pre-employment requirements of Cherokee Federal
