CACI is seeking a motivated and collaborative Deputy Project Manager to share in our passion for creating innovative learning solutions for our Navy clients. You'll lead a team of talented professionals employing innovative instructional design concepts and creating training content under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning program. You'll manage a team of Lead Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the development of Lesson Design Strategies (LDSs), lesson plans, training guides, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) using a systematic approach, adult learning theories, and industry best practices for instructional design.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Direct a technical team including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Systems Designers, and other appropriate expertise as needed to develop, design, document, implement and manage the project in support of customer requirements.
- Monitor curriculum development teams performance to ensure that project requirements and CDRLs are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Support Master Scheduler in the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as needed.
- Drafting Basis of Estimates (BOE) for future opportunities.
- Perform talent acquisition tasks consisting of building job descriptions, drafting and submitting job requisitions, and conducting interviews.
- Support regular forecast reviews with Program Manager, Project Manager and PFA.
- Support customer in-person reviews for both CUI and Classified content.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Technology, or related field required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and business partners.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Desired:
- Master's degree preferred.
- Prior experience managing curriculum design teams supporting Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
- Knowledge of the Navy 's Practical Applications of Learning Science (PALS).
- Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
- Knowledge and understanding of NETC's NAVEDTRA manuals and MIL-PRF-29612 series specifications.
