Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall health and security posture of complex voice and video architectures.
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders on organization-wide IT strategies.
- Lead and coordinate the creation and/or evolution of the enterprise architecture function or program.
- Support all phases of design, implementation, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting of the networks and related technologies.
- Analyze call flows and work with other teams (network, security, etc.) to optimize the UC environment (network, firewalls, VPNs, Cloud, etc.).
- Develop system specifications, architecture designs, integration, and test plans, along with all relevant documentation as required by the organization.
- Develop security assessment and mitigation strategies, maintain compliance with DoD Information Assurance requirements, and ensure service performance indicators are met.
- Design and manage infrastructure covering nearly all types of UC devices - endpoints, servers, gateways, border controllers, conferencing solutions, transcoders, etc.
- Assist in the design and implementation to scale network automation and manage complex deployment via automation.
