Position Overview
WTI is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Business Engineer to support initiatives within HCF. This
role involves analyzing and optimizing complex business processes, developing business process
models, and collaborating with technical teams to drive mission success. The ideal candidate will
have strong BPMN expertise and a proven track record in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize business process models using BPMN standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements.
• Design, document, and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational
performance.

objectives.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and recommendations to improve process effectiveness and
compliance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process engineering or process improvement roles.
• BPMN certification with a minimum of 2 years of experience in BPMN modeling and
analysis.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting DoD or Air Force programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT systems and data governance.
• Knowledge of satellite ground system architectures.
