Position Overview
WTI seeks a Junior Business Engineer who will also serve as a Tech Writer to support Zero Trust
platform initiatives. This dual-role position involves gathering requirements, supporting technical
documentation, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing business process models that align with Zero Trust strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create comprehensive documentation, including
system designs, policies, and user guides.
• Support the preparation of briefings and reports for stakeholders.

, • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
• Participate in requirements gathering and analysis to support IT initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information, present findings, and discuss
potential solutions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in developing technical documentation for complex systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience in DoD or Air Force environments.
