Position Overview
WTI is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Business Engineer to support Sensor-to-Shooter / Kill
Chain Automation operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and refining
business process models, optimizing operational workflows, and driving continuous improvement
across technical initiatives. Expertise in BPMN is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain detailed business process models in compliance with BPMN
standards.
• Work closely with leadership and technical teams to identify opportunities for process
enhancements.

, • Translate operational requirements into scalable and efficient process models.
• Provide recommendations for process automation and system integration strategies.
• Document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders and project teams.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process engineering, systems analysis, or similar roles.
• BPMN certification with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on BPMN modeling experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with DoD or Air Force project environments.
• Experience with process automation tools and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with Joint or Air Force Planning and/or Targeting Process.
