Position Overview
WTI is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer with UAF certification to support enterprise
system architecture and integration efforts for Air Force operations. The ideal candidate will lead
complex systems engineering tasks, aligning mission requirements with technical solutions,
ensuring compliance with Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level system architecture solutions adhering to UAF
standards.
• Analyze mission and operational requirements to develop system-level specifications and
designs.

, • Lead systems integration and ensure interoperability across platforms and components.
• Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for system modernization and optimization.
• Provide expert recommendations on technical solutions, risk management, and
performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business engineers, architects, and
stakeholders.
• Create detailed documentation, including system designs, interface control documents,
and architectural artifacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, architecture, or related roles.
• UAF certification with demonstrated experience applying Unified Architecture Framework.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integration frameworks, and architecture
methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and provide strategic guidance.
• TS/SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience supporting Air Force or DoD system engineering initiatives.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and processes.
